Free reed instruments were first invented in ancient China: the first images of the mouth organ sheng date back to 1100 BCE. Today we know the accordion and the mouth harmonica; from the latter was deviced melodica, an instrument developed and so named by the Hohner company. Many manufacturers have come up since with their own make of keyed harmonicas, each one with their own names: to this family belongs also Super Swinger.

For Super Swinger, only the best available materials are used.Hi-tech materials and computer assisted production technologies such as laser cutting, cnc carving and 3D printing are used where these work best. Otherwise it is all hand made using old-school accordion building techniques. Thorough research and testing ensure that everything that is possible has been done in order to maximize the reliability, durability and performance of the instrument.

With any musical instrument, there is no limit to what you can do with it and every musical instrument lends itself to virtuoso performance, and certainly Super Swinger does not make an exemption here. But with its piano keyboard and uncomplicated sound production, it is fun to play from the first blow! It is the best sounding and loudest in its class.
